“Something Feels Off This Year,” an Eagles Player Warned an NFL Insider, Hinting at a Season No One’s Ready For.QQ
it’s far from Sunny in Philadelphia right now.

The Philadelphia Eagles kicked off the 2025 NFL season with four straight wins, but now they enter Week 7 following back-to-back losses.
According to ESPN’s NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, at least one Eagles player is getting the vibe that this year is starting to feel like their disastrous 2023 collapse.
“I was at the game against the Giants on Thursday night and definitely sensed concern,” Fowler said. “One player told me that this is starting to feel like the 2023 meltdown all over again (when Philadelphia lost five of its last six games), and the team needs to use this week to figure things out and avoid a full-blown repeat. Right tackle Lane Johnson, whose words carry weight, told reporters that the offense felt predictable. The issue is pretty clear: The Eagles aren’t dominating in the running game the way they did a year ago.”
Why The Eagles Will DEFEAT The Vikings In Week 7!
It’s hard to forget when the Eagles dropped their 10-1 start to the season, but winning a Super Bowl the following year helped that bad nightmare fade.
Nick Sirianni is Far From Concerned with the Eagles’ Losses
While critics and fans are freaking out, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni isn’t hitting the panic button just yet.
“This is life in the NFL,” he said. “You’re going to have some ups. You’re going to have some downs. We’ve been here before. Last year, we started off 4-2. Just a different way that we got there. So, there is no panic on us. It’s ‘Hey, get back up. Go back to work. And get better from it.’”
It’s Sirianni’s job to remain confident, but everyone knows there are too many things falling apart in Philly for it to feel like they’re going to end up on the big stage again, starting with the offense. And between injuries and an abrupt departure on defense, the Eagles now have some holes to fill.
If the Eagles can’t turn things around on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, things could get turbulent once again in Philly.
