When country soul meets wild-hearted Americana — Chris Stapleton and Sierra Ferrell are bringing fire and grace to San Francisco’s 2026 Super Bowl stage.LC

Super Bowl week in the Bay Area will get a musical jump-start with a headlining concert by country superstar Chris Stapleton and special guest Sierra Ferrell.

The concert, scheduled for Feb. 7, 2026, at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco before the big game, is the opening event in the new BAHC Live! Concert Series, created by the Bay Area Host Committee.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, via Ticketmaster.

Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny is scheduled to headline the Super Bowl halftime show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Feb. 8, a booking that has sparked petitions and online backlash from some people, even as others celebrate the milestone for Spanish-language pop.

A portion of ticket sales from the Stapleton concert will benefit Tipping Point Community, the Bay Area nonprofit founded by San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie that focuses on fighting poverty. The collaboration supports the BAHC’s Bridge to Work initiative, which funds workforce development programs across the region.

“We are grateful to the Bay Area Host Committee for making community impact a cornerstone of Super Bowl LX,” Sam Cobbs, CEO of Tipping Point Community, said in a statement Monday, Oct. 20.

Additional artists and events in the BAHC Live! series will be announced in the coming weeks, building momentum toward Super Bowl Sunday.

“With the BAHC Live! Concert Series, we are once again showcasing the fusion of sport, art, entertainment, and culture in a way that only the Bay Area can,” Zaileen Janmohamed, BAHC’s president and CEO, said in a statement.

Stapleton, an 11-time Grammy winner celebrated for his soulful voice and genre-blending songwriting, is touring in support of his fifth studio album, “Higher.” Ferrell, known for her eclectic Americana style, released her record “Trail of Flowers” in 2024.

The BAHC Live! series will continue beyond the Super Bowl, with future events planned around major moments like the FIFA World Cup, which will also be hosted at Levi’s Stadium next summer.
