The Kansas City Chiefs have had to resort to late-game heroics in their Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars on ‘Monday Night Football.’
A fourth-quarter interception by star defensive back Trent McDuffie put the Chiefs in a prime position to even the score with Jacksonville in the game’s final frame.
After McDuffie’s impressive pick, Kansas City’s offense methodically plodded toward the goal line, and veteran running back Kareem Hunt found paydirt on a five-yard touchdown run that tied the game at 21-21.
Take a look at these videos of McDuffie’s interception and Hunt’s touchdown, which were posted to Twitter by the Chiefs’ official account:
Kansas City allowed a field goal on Jacksonville’s ensuing offensive possession, and trailed the Jaguars near the halfway point in the fourth quarter.
