There isn’t a name in the sports world right now much bigger than Travis Kelce — the Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end who’s in his 13th NFL season and has firmly cemented himself as one of the greatest to ever play the position.
His fame has reached even greater heights since he began dating — and later got engaged to — global pop icon Taylor Swift, whose stardom extends far beyond the sports world.
The two have been one of the most talked-about couples since they first met back in 2023, and following Kelce’s proposal to Swift, which he announced on Aug. 26, their relationship has continued to dominate headlines.
Now, with Halloween here, Kelce and Swift have become one of the most popular couples to dress up as — and this week, Kelce shared some honest advice for anyone planning to do so.
“Man… umm, the mustache is slowly starting to disappear,” Kelce said with a smirk. “But I’ll tell you what — that ’stache and the No. 87 jersey were pretty iconic there for a little bit. I had it when I met Taylor for the first time. So I guess the mustache, the jersey… maybe a bracelet or something. I don’t know.”
Swift has made it a priority to support Kelce both on and off the field, and he’s returned that support. When she released her 12th studio album earlier this month — which features several references to Kelce — the Chiefs star made sure to voice his appreciation on multiple occasions.

It’s currently unknown if Kelce and Swift will be participating in the holiday themselves or dressing up, but it’s shaping up to be a big weekend for the Chiefs tight end. Kansas City is set to travel to Buffalo for a highly anticipated showdown with the Bills — a team they’ve become very familiar with over the past several seasons since Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen entered the league in 2017 and 2018.
