In a stunt that is sure to incense President Donald Trump, late-night TV hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert appeared on each other’s shows Tuesday.
“I am so honored to be here with my fellow no-talent, late-night loser,” Kimmel said as a guest on Colbert’s show.
The two hosts have more in common these days than just their jobs. CBS announced in July that Colbert’s “Late Show” is being canceled, at least in part to please Trump’s chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, who was then mulling a merger involving CBS parent company, Paramount. And last month, under pressure from the FCC, Kimmel’s show was briefly suspended by Disney for comments the host made in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s murder.
