Alan Jackson Announces “Last Call: One More for the Road — The Finale” at Nissan Stadium in 2026
Nashville, TN – October 2025:
Country music icon Alan Jackson has officially announced his farewell concert, marking the end of a celebrated career spanning more than 30 years. “Last Call: One More for the Road — The Finale” will take place on June 27, 2026, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
The announcement follows a period of reflection for Jackson, who revealed that his decision to retire from touring stems from both health considerations and a renewed focus on family. The 66-year-old artist has been publicly managing Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a hereditary neurological condition that affects balance and mobility.
“I’ve had a wonderful career and played all over the world,” Jackson shared. “But now that my daughters are grown and I’ve got grandkids — one more on the way — I just want to spend more time at home.”
Adding to the celebration, Jackson’s eldest daughter, Mattie Jackson Smith, and her husband, Connor Smith, recently announced they are expecting their second child, a baby girl due in February 2026. This will be the third grandchild for Alan and his wife, Denise Jackson.
The farewell concert is expected to be one of the largest events in country music history, featuring performances from Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, and Lee Ann Womack, with additional artists to be announced.
“We wanted to close out this incredible journey where it all began — in Music City,” Jackson said. “Nashville is home to country music, and it’s home to me.”
Jackson’s influence on country music is immeasurable. Since his debut in 1989, he has sold more than 75 million records, earned two Grammys, and been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. His catalog includes timeless classics such as “Chattahoochee,” “Remember When,” and “Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning).”
