Joe Jonas Breaks His Silence on Taylor Swift’s ‘Life of a Showgirl’—But Fans Say His Response Says Everything.NN

Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas issues lukewarm response to ‘Life of a Showgirl’ album
Joe Jonas isn’t burnin’ up for “The Life of a Showgirl.”
Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend issued a lukewarm response to the pop star’s latest album in an Esquire interview, published Monday.
“I’ve heard some of it,” the Jonas Brothers member, 36, told the magazine. “I think she’s obviously the biggest artist out there, and I think it’s good.”

He added, “Everybody’s got an opinion about it.”
As for his own take, the former Disney Channel star said, “From what I’ve heard, there are some catchy melodies.”
Jonas and Swift dated in 2008, with their short-lived romance inspiring “Mr. Perfectly Fine,” “Forever & Always” and more songs.
Swifties are obsessing over the pop star’s game-day outfit: ‘Red era Taylor omg’
By Jolie Zenna
Swifties are obsessing over Taylor Swift’s look for the Chiefs Sunday game against the Las Vegas Raiders, saying the singer is back in her “Red” era.
The pop star kept a low profile for the duration of the game, skipping last year’s go-to tunnel walk, but emerged at Travis Kelce’s 1587 Prime Steakhouse last night to celebrate his team’s big win.
Swift and Kelce enjoyed a celebratory dinner with some of their pals but all fans could focus on was her outfit, that almost seemed to be a nod to her favored aesthetic from more than a decade ago.
She stunned in a red tank top, black shorts and over-the-knee boots and wore her long locks down and pin straight like she did during the time of the album that released almost exactly 13 years ago, on Oct. 22, 2012.
When pics of the superstar surfaced on X, Swifties couldn’t help but gush over how her look seemed straight out of the fan-favorite “Red” era.

“red era taylor omg,” one user wrote, with another adding, “could’ve told me this was red era and i’d believe you.”
Others wrote that they hope that the musician styles herself like this more often.
“the pin straight hair is a GAG,” one fan wrote. “so barbie here she’s gorgeous,” another gushed.
Patrick Mahomes shows support for ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ on Instagram
By Jolie Zenna
Patrick Mahomes might have just revealed his favorite track off of “The Life of a Showgirl.”
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback shared a highlight clip of their win against the Las Vegas Raiders via Instagram on Monday and used Taylor Swift’s new song, “Opalite,” as the backtrack.
Patrick and his wife, Brittany, have become very close with the pop star ever since she began dating his teammate Travis Kelce back in 2023.

Another song on the record breaking album is even rumored to be about Brittany.
After listening to track No.10, “Cancelled!” many Swifties speculated that Swift wrote it about her fellow Chiefs WAG because of some controversies she’s gotten into.
The mom of three has faced her fair share of internet backlash over the years, including being slammed for spraying football fans with Champagne and for hinting at her support for President Donald Trump — a direct betrayal of Swift’s Democratic political stance.

In the song, the Grammy winner laments, “Good thing I like my friends cancelled / I like ’em cloaked in Gucci and in scandal,” as she also offers some advice for the unnamed ostracized ally.
Swifties quickly gathered that her mention of the Italian fashion brand could also be an Easter egg pointing to Brittany since she famously wore Gucci attire while enjoying a double date with her husband, Kelce and Swift at the 2024 US Open.
Despite all backlash Brittany has received, she has remained part of Swift’s exclusive inner circle, so it’s no surprise that Patrick would show support for the singer’s new album.
