“Never again”: Allison Janney’s quiet confession about the co-star who made her Hollywood experience unbearable.NN

Allison Janney has some piping hot tea, but she won’t spill it.
On Wednesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” the actress and Keri Russell played a game holding up paddles to “agree” or “disagree” with host Andy Cohen’s statements.
“There is a past co-star I refuse to work with again,” the Bravo host said during the playful segment.

Both Russell and Janney agreed, prompting host Andy Cohen to add, “Extra points if you name names.”
“Well, mine is no longer with us,” Janney, 65, quipped. “So I really couldn’t work with him again, even if I wanted to.”
Russell, 49, and Cohen, 57, cheekily attempted to get a name out of Janney, but she refused to take the bait.
“No, I’m not saying it. I will not be lulled into a false sense of safety being in this small, little club,” the “West Wing” alum replied.

Russell asked about Janney’s mother’s advice for “talk[ing] s–t about people.”
The Golden Globe winner recalled, “My mom would say, ‘In the car, windows up, out of the driveway.’”
Cohen went on to ask the pair whether there are any projects they wish they could delete from their IMDb pages, but both women declined to answer.

“No, thank you,” Janney replied.
She and Russell, notably, have co-starred in the Netflix series “The Diplomat” since the show’s third season.
Gossip sleuths will have a hard time working out which late actor Janney was hinting at during the talk show appearance.

The Oscar and Emmy winner has over 150 acting credits, including “Juno,” “The Hours,” “I, Tonya,” and “Mom.”
However, her lengthy list of projects did not stop fans from speculating about the man’s identity in YouTube comments.
Some of the names mentioned included “West Wing” actor John Spencer and “Mr. Sunshine” star Matthew Perry, who died in 2005 and 2023, respectively.
