Behind the Hits and the Headlines: Parker McCollum Gets Real About the Year That Tested—and Transformed—Him. ML

Parker McCollum Wraps “Fastest Year of My Life,” Reflects on Touring, Family, and the Road Ahead

Country hitmaker Parker McCollum has officially wrapped his record-breaking 2025 tour, calling it “the fastest year of my life.” The 2025 run — which supported his fifth studio album and marked his first as a new dad — solidified McCollum’s place among modern country’s elite live performers.

In a reflective message posted online, McCollum opened up about the emotional roller coaster of performing for thousands each night. “Had some nights I wasn’t my best. Had a bunch of nights that I’m not sure my feet ever touched the floor — floaters, as I call them,” he said.

The statement resonated deeply with fans, many of whom followed the artist’s cross-country journey through social media. McCollum’s humility and gratitude have long been hallmarks of his career, and his 2025 reflection was no exception. “Every single night I got to do what I love to do with the people I love to do it with. This year was nothing short of magical and none of it is possible without all of you,” he wrote.

McCollum’s wife, Hallie Ray, responded in the comments, expressing pride and affection: “My guy!! So proud of you. What an amazing year! I love you so much!!”

With the tour concluded, McCollum plans to take a short break for hunting season before returning to the stage in early 2026. His new self-titled tour, produced by Emporium Presents, kicks off January 23 in El Paso, Texas, with additional stops in Arizona, Florida, and beyond.

The tour lineup features several up-and-coming artists — Max McNown, Jake Worthington, William Beckmann, Jackson Wendell, Tyler Halverson, and Laci Kaye Booth — ensuring that McCollum’s shows remain both star-studded and fresh.

For fans who’ve followed his journey since Gold Chain Cowboy, this next chapter feels like the continuation of something special. As McCollum summed it up: “Mad love. See y’all in 2026.”
