The Green Bay Packers’ passing offense got a major boost last Sunday, with the team finally getting wide receiver Christian Watson back in action. Watson missed the first seven Packers games in the 2025 NFL season to recuperate from a serious knee injury he suffered late in the 2024 campaign.
Many expected the Packers to take it slow with Watson against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9, but he immediately became a significant producer downfield for the Jordan Love-led Green Bay offense.
Watson even finished second among all players in the game with 85 receiving yards on four catches and four targets. He was not able to find the end zone, but a crucial catch late in the third period helped the Packers on a touchdown scoring drive.
