He Called It a “Whirlwind”—But Parker McCollum’s Reflection on 2025 Might Be His Most Honest Moment Yet. ML

Parker McCollum Closes His “Fastest Year Yet” with Gratitude, Growth, and a Promise to Return
For Parker McCollum, 2025 was more than a year on the road — it was a year of growth, reflection, and heartfelt connection. As his sold-out headline tour drew to a close this month, the country-rock sensation looked back on a whirlwind chapter that included fatherhood, a new album, and countless nights under the stage lights.
“Had some nights I wasn’t my best,” McCollum confessed in a statement to fans. “Had a bunch of nights that I’m not sure my feet ever touched the floor… Floaters, as I call them — when everything just clicks.”
It’s that kind of authenticity that has made McCollum one of country music’s most relatable stars. Between the exhaustion of travel and the exhilaration of live performance, he’s always found time to thank the people who make it possible. “If you’re still reading this, thank you,” he wrote. “Thank you for showing up, for singing along, for bringing me Zyns, and for waving back from the crowd.”
McCollum said this year was nothing short of “magical.” But as the curtain falls on 2025, he’s ready to recharge in his favorite place — the outdoors. “I’m headed to the ranch to enjoy this deer season to the fullest. I’ll see you all in 2026!”
His wife, Hallie Ray, celebrated his milestone year with a simple, loving comment: “My guy!! So proud of you. What an amazing year! I love you so much!!”
Even with his tour officially finished, McCollum’s story is far from over. He’ll perform three more shows before ringing in 2026 with a special New Year’s Eve concert in Fort Worth, Texas, followed by a 14-date tour kicking off in El Paso in late January.
The upcoming run — produced by Emporium Presents — will feature a lineup of rising country talents including Max McNown, Jake Worthington, William Beckmann, Jackson Wendell, Tyler Halverson, and Laci Kaye Booth.
“Each year gets faster,” McCollum told fans. “But the love keeps me grounded.”
