Donald Trump Jr. made a bold claim about Whoopi Goldberg‘s behavior on The View.

On Wednesday, Oct. 15, President Donald Trump’s eldest child, 47, took to X to weigh in on ABC talk show after co-host Joy Behar said Republicans are “scared” of appearing on The View.

In response to an X post about Behar’s comments, Donald Jr. opened up about his 2019 appearance on the show.

“I’ve been on The View, and if you want to have some fun, you should go back and watch the episode,” he wrote. “If you want to have even more fun, you should force ABC to release the footage during the commercial breaks.”

Donald Jr. then claimed, “It was truly epic watching Whoopie [sic] MFing the crowd who turned on her.”

In the comments, Donald Jr. also pointed out, “Also, I was invited to talk about my book, so I figured they’d at least asked me about it once, which of course they didn’t. Perhaps it’s their overall disingenuous nature and the way they treat Republicans differently that makes conservatives not want to go on.”

When an X user asked for clarification on Goldberg’s behavior, asking if she was “cussing out the crowd,” the first son confirmed.

“Like you wouldn’t believe,” he replied. “To a crowd of very liberal New Yorkers I believe the exact word were, ‘This isn’t a F$&?ing MAGA rally.’ These weren’t my people. I think I got 8-10 tickets for friends in a crowd of about 150 New Yorkers so definitely wasn’t a stacked deck.”

In her own post, former The View host Meghan McCain backed the first son’s claim, writing via X, “He’s right—it was an absolute Jerry Springer s–t show.”

During the Tuesday, Oct. 14 episode of The View, Behar, 83, declared, “I think that we should have more Republicans on the show. But they don’t want to come on. They’re scared of us.”

She continued, “It’s like Marjorie Taylor Green says, that she finds the Republican men afraid of powerful women. Well, that may be true of all political persuasions. But if they would come on this show, they would explain to us what they’re trying to do to this country.”
