The Kansas City Chiefs have wrapped up their last day of practice ahead of their Week 6 game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football.
Kansas City’s roster is in great health overall, which will be a huge advantage facing a hot Detroit team. The Lions are banged up in a coupe of key areas heading into this matchup, providing a golden opportunity for the Chiefs to take advantage. Let’s examine each team’s final injury reports for the week.

Observations
- Worthy didn’t practice on Thursday, but it appears that was a precautionary measure as he returned on Friday and participated in full. Coach Andy Reid told reporters he expects Worthy to play on Sunday night.
- Despite fully practicing all week and not carrying an injury designation, Reid was non-committal about Fulton playing. Fulton has missed the last three games with an ankle injury.
- Other than Fulton’s mysterious status, every member of the Chiefs’ active roster is healthy and ready to play.

| CB Terrion Arnold | DNP/DNP/DNP | Out | |
| OT Taylor Decker | DNP/DNP/ | Questionable | |
| LB Zach Cunningham | DNP/DNP/DNP | Out | |
| S Kerby Joseph | DNP/DNP/DNP | Questionable | |
| DB Brian Branch | LP/LP/DNP | Questionable | |
| DB Avonte Maddox | —/LP/DNP | Questionable | |
| OL Giovanni Manu | —/LP/DNP | Questionable | |

| DT Alim McNeill | FP/FP/FP | Out | |
| WR Amon-Ra St. Brown | DNP/FP/FP | — | |
| RB Sione Vaki | DNO/DNP/DNP | Out |
Observations:
- We already know that the Lions will be down their top three cornerbacks in this game, but they could aslo be without another in Maddox, as well as both of their starting safeties in Branch and Joseph. All three will be game-time decisions.
- Another game-time decision will be Decker, Detroit’s starting left tackle. His backup, Manu, is also questionable. If neither can go, the Lions will have to do some serious reshuffling along their offensive line.
