💥 BREAKING NEWS: The timing around Michael King is getting louder by the day—San Diego is watching closely because this could steer their entire offseason ⚡.NL

A recent Padres Reacts Survey on Gaslamp Ball found the majority of San Diego Padres fans wanted to see Michael King return to the team, if the Padres had the financial means to sign just one of the top free-agent pitchers.

Reports started to come out Sunday that King was close to making a decision on a team, but that his suitors appeared to be the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox or Baltimore Orioles.

King is originally from New York, and his first organization was the Yankees, so a return to the American League East Division would not be all that surprising, but it will officially end the hope of a return to San Diego for the right-hander.
