💥 BREAKING NEWS: After a brutal Week 13 tackle, Packers’ Josh Jacobs delivers surprising advice to Brian Branch that everyone’s talking about.QQ

There is no denying the big role Green Bay Packers star running back Josh Jacobs is playing on the team. As the top option on the ground for Green Bay, Jacobs has racked up 731 rushing yards to go along with 11 touchdowns on 186 carries.

He could have done more if he had not missed Week 12’s meeting with the Minnesota Vikings after getting hurt in the previous outing versus the New York Giants.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide star tailback returned to action in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions in a Thanksgiving Day game at Ford Field that Green Bay won to the tune of a 31-24 score.
Packers’ Jacobs opens up about Branch’s hit
Against the Lions, Jacobs had another injury scare after taking a shot from Detroit defensive back Brian Branch, who is another Alabama football program product.
While speaking with reporters on Thursday, Jacobs said that he did not have any issue with Branch’s tackle. However, he revealed that he shared some advice for the Lions’ safety.
“I just told him you’ve got to be smart on how you go about things, because this is a very physical game and you want to capitalize, maximize really as long as you can play,” Jacobs said (h/t Ryan Wood of USA Today).
That Lions game is behind Jacobs and Green Bay now, as the Packers turn their attention to what’s in front of them: an important Week 14 clash against another NFC North rival in the form of the Chicago Bears, who will share the field with Green Bay at Lambeau Field on Sunday — with the top spot in the division on the line.
