The Green Bay Packers will play two consecutive weeks on Saturday night. That’s certainly uncommon to say the least, but a few days after announcing that the Chicago Bears game in Week 16 will be on Saturday night, on Dec. 20, the NFL has confirmed that the Baltimore Ravens game in Week 17 will also be played on a Saturday night. The interconference matchup will happen on Dec. 27, at 7 p.m. (CT), and will be broadcasted exclusively on Peacock — local NBC affiliates broadcast the game for Green Bay and Milwaukee local markets.

For Week 17, the NFL chose games as designated matchups, with flexible day and time. Two of them would happen on Saturday. On Wednesday, the league decided the final version of the schedule.

- 3:30 p.m. (CT): Houston Texans at Los Angeles Chargers on NFL Network
- 7:00 p.m. (CT) Baltimore Ravens at Green Bay Packers on Peacock
Week 17 will also have three Thursday games, with special afternoon games on Christmas — Dallas Cowboys at Washington Commanders and Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings. Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos play on “Thursday Night Football.”
Packers’ schedule could get even weirder
The Packers play next Sunday against the Denver Broncos on CBS, then the two consecutive Saturday games — Chicago Bears on Fox in Week 16, at Soldier Field, and Baltimore Ravens on Peacock in Week 17, at Lambeau Field.
The only game yet to be determined now is Week 18’s divisional matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. Theoretically, that could be a third consecutive Saturday game on Jan. 3, but because the Vikings are realistically out of contention, the game will most likely be on Sunday, Jan. 4. The network of the regular season finale is also yet to be determined.
