Garth Brooks Can’t Stop Smiling — His ‘Proud Husband Moment’ With Trisha Yearwood Is Melting Hearts Everywhere.LC

Garth Brooks is showcasing his love and support for his wife, Trisha Yearwood, as she celebrates the release of her holiday-themed album aptly titled Christmastime. The seven-time CMA Entertainer of the Year and two-time Grammy winner, 63, took to Instagram to share a photo that shows he got his hands on one of the festive copies.

“Santa came early and brought me the best Christmas album of the year!” Brooks captioned a photo of himself holding up the item for all to see. “Proud husband moment! Love, g. Get your copy of @trishayearwood’s Christmastime (link in bio).”
In the snapshot, Brooks appears all smiles while wearing a black cowboy hat and a denim jacket. Ushering in the holiday season, he poses for the picture alongside a tree adorned with red and white ornaments, poinsettias, and festive strings of pearls.
Trisha Yearwood Also Celebrated the Release of Her Album on Social Media
The post doesn’t appear to accept comments, so it’s unclear whether or not Yearwood caught the sweet gesture from Brooks. But, the “Walkaway Joe” songstress, 61, did take to her personal Instagram to highlight the just dropped album — produced by Grammy winner Don Was — as well.

“Christmastime is here! I am so excited to finally share my brand-new holiday album with you – Merry Christmas, xoxo, Trisha. ❤️,” Yearwood captioned alongside an Instagram video of her singing the opening track on the collection, “Christmastime is Here,” from A Charlie Brown Christmas.
Christmastime, which dropped on Friday, Nov. 7, via Virgin Music Group and Gwendolyn Records, features 12 standout tracks, including an original collaboration with Brooks on “Merry Christmas, Valentine.” Other highlights on the album include a reimagined version of the Elvis Presley classic “Blue Christmas,” “My Favorite Things,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Pure Imagination” from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and more.
Trisha Yearwood Has Released Several Holiday-Themed Projects Throughout Her Career
This isn’t Yearwood’s first holiday album. In 2016, she and Brooks released a Christmas album, dubbed Christmas Together. That year, the project debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. Before that, in 1994, Yearwood released a solo holiday project called The Sweetest Gift. The collection was reissued in 2000.
“Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of year, and these songs mean so much to me,” said Yearwood, who will be launching her Christmastime with Trisha Yearwood: 12 Days of Christmas Tour, performing alongside local symphonies across the country on Dec. 12. “To be able to perform them with a full symphony brings the magic to another level. I can’t wait to share this music and celebrate the season with fans on tour.”
