Cardi B Faces Fresh Shock as Stefon Diggs Named Father in Instagram Model’s Paternity Reveal.NN
Cardi B’s NFL boyfriend Stefon Diggs has been confirmed as the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s baby, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told Page Six Wednesday. “Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
While the issue of Diggs’ paternity has been resolved, Lopera’s attorney exclusively told Page Six the case has not yet been dismissed and “will move forward if the parties are not able to resolve [their issue] themselves.”
An attorney for Diggs did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment. The US Sun was first to report the news.
The Fashion Nova ambassador launched a paternity suit against Diggs, 31, in December 2024.
At the time of her filing, Lopera petitioned the court for legal and physical custody of the child and Diggs only be given visitation rights. She also requested that the Patriots star pay for all of her pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as her attorney’s fees.
The model went on to welcome the baby girl in April.

In July, Diggs responded to Lopera’s paternity suit by requesting a genetic test to establish his fatherhood of Lopera’s baby, saying he was “not certain” of the paternity.
If the results proved his parentage, Diggs requested to have joint legal and joint physical custody of Charliee, as well as splitting the pregnancy and birth expenses and lawyer’s fees.
Diggs has since moved on with rapper Cardi B, who is currently pregnant with their first child.
The “I Like It” hitmaker announced her fourth pregnancy in September during her “CBS Mornings” interview.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she revealed to Gayle King after months of speculation.
“I’m excited. I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
Cardi, 33, shares three children, Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1, with her estranged husband, Offset.
Diggs is also dad to 9-year-old daughter, Nova, whom he allegedly welcomed with ex Tyler-Marie in October 2016.
