CHICAGO — Chicago Cubs center fielder and newly minted 2025 MLB All-Star Pete Crow-Armstrong has revealed the serendipitous origin of his relationship with girlfriend Hailey Lavelle: a high-profile celebrity wedding.
The 23-year-old baseball star disclosed in a recent interview with GQ that he met Lavelle at the wedding of High School Musical alumna Vanessa Hudgens and retired MLB player Cole Tucker in December 2023. Hudgens and Tucker, whom Crow-Armstrong jokingly refers to as accidental matchmakers, tied the knot in a much-publicized ceremony at the Azulik resort in Tulum, Mexico.
