Breaking History: Novak Djokovic Overtakes Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer to Set an Unprecedented ATP Milestone.NN

Djokovic reached the semi-finals at all four Grand Slams as well as sealing his 100th and 101st titles winning in Geneva and now Athens recently and while he has yet to claim that elusive 25th Grand Slam title, it is still very much Sinner and Alcaraz as he did to many others stunting him from getting said title.
The legendary Serbian also ticked off this year a record-extending 60th Masters 1000 final in Miami and an 80th semi-final in Shanghai and despite missing a number of events as he often does, he managed to qualify for the ATP Finals and also seal a World No.4 spot to end the year.

Even when he has fallen down, it has been a maximum of World No.7 in the process and given the state of the rankings which sees Zverev as close to World No.1000 than the top spot, it is a catch 22 as he can’t get higher but also is unlikely to fall away completely.
But it has also seen him break another record in the process. This will be Djokovic’s 16th top four finish in his career breaking away from the other components of the so-called Big Three with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal both managing to reach 15 seasons inside of the top seven.

Half of Djokovic’s top four finishes were at World No.1, eight in all which is another record. Nadal and Federer both have five each. Here is how they stack up and what years in which they reached the top four. Djokovic continuing to be one of one.
