The San Francisco 49ers are headed to Arizona for their Week 11 matchup against the Cardinals. The team released the final injury report ahead of Sunday’s NFC West matchup.

Defensive back Deommodore Lenoir is questionable with a calf injury experienced while jogging between reps during Thursday’s practice. He attempted to practice on Friday but ultimately did not and will undergo an MRI to further evaluate what head coach Kyle Shanahan described as “tightness.” If Lenoir is unable to play, the 49ers are confident in Darrell Luter Jr. stepping into a larger role.

“I think Lut’s taken a big step this year,” Shanahan said. “He’s been better in practice than he’s ever been before. Whether it’s with the D (defense) or with the scout team. So if that happens, we got a lot of confidence in Lut.”

Looking at the offense, quarterback Brock Purdy and wide receiver Ricky Pearsall are not listed on the Week 11 injury report and are on the right track. Shanahan noted it was a strong week of practice for both players as they rejoin an offense that is as close to full strength as it has been this season.

“I’m just happy those two have been back,” Shanahan said. “We were hoping it would be faster. Both of them. And it just took a while. I don’t want to put a lot on them, being out so long, that they’re going to be exactly where they left off. They just had a good week of practice. I’m just excited to get it started with them again.”

Below is the complete Week 11 Game Status Report from Friday:

  • DB Deommodore Lenoir (calf) – Questionable

The 49ers will continue to monitor players listed on the report. Final decisions on gameday availability will be announced 90 minutes prior to kickoff in Glendale.
