Toronto Blue Jays beloved Davis Schneider recently spoke about the World Series and put an end to all of the drama that has been taking place since game 7.

Davis Schneider puts an end to all the World Series drama
Schneider went on TSN’s Overdrive to speak about the season and the playoffs in which he ended up making some great points, finally putting all of this drama to rest.

During the interview, Schneider stated that if the Blue Jays would have simply played better, they could have won but they didn’t and added that the Dodgers deserved to win.
“If we played better, we would’ve won the World Series. The Dodgers deserved the win.” -Schneider
Additionally, Schneider stated that the Dodgers made a lot of good plays and made it happen when they needed to which is why they end up winning the World Series for the second year in a row.
“They made good plays when needed to and that’s what makes a championship team and you can’t really talk bad about them, they deserve it, they won fair and square.” -Schneider
While most Blue Jays fans do not like to admit it, Schneider makes a great point and will likely finally put an end to all of these debates on if the better team ended up losing.
The Dodgers did not have their best series when looking at the numbers but when it counted they capitalized and pulled through which is something that the Blue Jays unfortunately could not.
The Blue Jays had an incredible season and run during the playoffs but ultimately fell short but the unfortunate silver lining is that they are headed in the right direction and should be a serious contender for at least the next few years.
