Clement might not be the best player in the Blue Jays lineup, he has certainly become a fan favorite for his joyful attitude and the way he plays every game at 100% leaving nothing off the field.

If the Blue Jays can lock in a young player like Clement for the next four years, this can set them up to build around this young core of players they currently have.
Despite being nominated for multiple Gold Glove awards over the last two years, he has still yet to win but he definitely proved his worth when he set the MLB record for most post-season hits in 2025.
